New Balance NZ Ltd has worked with DSL for over 25 years. Over the course of our partnership, DSL has grown and evolved side by side with our business. They provide a consistent level of excellent service and always work with us to accommodate any last-minute needs. They have worked hard to understand our business and priorities and the length of our relationship is testament to the ongoing level of support they provide to our business."
Barbara Emerson, Regional Business Operations Director APAC, New Balance
We have partnered with DSL for 5 years now, with hopefully many more to come. Their professionalism, care-factor, attention to detail and level of service is second to none. Whenever we ask them to “jump”, they ask “how high?”. They are a truly valued partner of our business and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a strong 3PL in the NZ market."
Matthew Perichon, Teamhead Logistics and Operations, Puma Australasia
We were one of their early customers and engaged DSL as our 3PL, 15 years ago. Their business has grown and thrived over this period. We are still provided with the same bespoke and personal service that we signed up for all those years ago. They are a pleasure to work with and have been very flexible in accommodating our demanding needs. Swift in communication and reliable in service. We will continue to use DSL as a trusted business partner."
Dale Buckley, General Manager, Gray Nicolls Sports
We have worked with DSL for over twenty years. They have provided excellent service as the New Zealand 3PL contractors for our Sussan and Suzanne Grae divisions. I recommend their services."
Russell Mullane, CFO, Sportsgirl / Sussan Group
"We had problems with large delays in order processing and serious inaccuracy in stock recording with our previous logistics service provider. We decided to move 700 pallets to DSL and to deliver seven un-opened containers. The DSL team achieved a complete move of all 700 pallets and deconsolidation of seven containers within a week, clearing backlog orders within one day of the container doors opening. We can’t speak highly enough of the service and the attention that DSL gave SENCO."
